Montbell CEO, Isamu Tatsuno, inducted into International Whitewater Hall of Fame
The International Whitewater Hall of Fame has named Montbell CEO, Isamu Tatsuno, as a 2023 honoree. As an Advocate, Tatsuno was instrumental to introducing the sport of kayaking to Japan.

Governor Polis of Colorado Visits Montbell HQ in Japan!
Governor Polis visited Montbell HQ in Osaka during his recent investment mission in Japan. He presented our founder with a State of Colorado Proclamation in recognition of activating Outdoor Gientai in response to the Marshall Fire in 2021. CEO Tatsuno presented the Governor with a wooden carving of Monta, our company's bear mascot.
