Tachyon Parka- 2018- As always, the weight is excellent and it’s very warm for as light as it is. It holds in heat even in blustery conditions which is essential for reducing dangers from windchill.

Dynamo Wind Pants are the first wind pant I’ve worn. Overall I think they are an excellent piece of gear for otherwise fair weather hikes that may have windy summits or ridges. They reduce windchill and are very warm. The partial zips make them easy to take on and off over footwear. It is a delicate fabric though, so you have to be careful not to tear it if you have bulky or very luggy soles. I also noticed that they are a bit billowy which leads to flapping and noise in extreme winds, which might be annoying to some.
