What should I do if an item in my cart cannot be shipped to my country?
Once you have proceeded to Check Out and have filled out the Billing & Shipping Information, the webpage will highlight any items that cannot be shipped. Please reduce the highlighted quantity to zero, and click the update button.
Your order detail will be updated accordingly.

Sales Tax

Montbell.us collects and remits sales tax in all applicable states. If the destination state imposes a sales tax we will collect and remit as instructed by the government.

  • By placing an order with Montbell America the customer agrees and gives rights to Montbell America to charge duties, taxes, broker fees and customs fees to the customer's credit card if the customer does not pay these fees upon receipt of packages.

Free Shipping

Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

  • This offer is limited to the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are exempt from this offer at this time.

Backorders / Preorders

Backorders/Preorders are not available at this time.

Cancellations

Once you proceed to checkout, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Please use the Return & Exchange Form and follow the Return & Exchange process.

Preparation

  1. Provide a copy of your Receipt (Packing List)
  2. Provide a completed copy of the Return & Exchange Form.
    • If you have lost your Return & Exchange Form, please download the form.
  3. Product(s) must be unused and in its original condition with the hangtags still attached.
  4. Use a prepaid and traceable form of shipping; "Collect On Delivery" returns will not be accepted.
  • If you do not have the original purchase documentation, or if you have any questions regarding the return process, please contact our Customer Service Department (cs-mba@montbell.com).

Gift Bag & Message Card

Add that extra something with a MontBell gift bag! Each gift bag is $3.00.

  • Available for customers who select our gift bag service.
  • These 100% cotton bags can be reused.
How to choose Gift Bag & Card options

At Checkout, click on the "GIFT OPTION" button.
You will be able to choose gift bag options and personalize your message card.

Gift Bag Options: $3.00 per Gift Bag

Message Card: Maximum 130 characters.

Sales Tax / VAT / Import Duty

All international orders exclude Sales Tax, VAT, Import Duty, and any other applicable fees upon import.
Recipient of the order is responsible for all Sales Tax, VAT, Import Duty, and any other applicable fees. Gift orders are also subject for duty depending on the country.

Are there items that can't be shipped internationally?
  • Due to different customs regulations, some items are not available to specific countries.

Climbing Gear, Personal Floatation Device, Water Sports Gear, Kayaks, Liquid Products, GAS canisters, Knives, Baby Clothing & Gear, Bottles, Stoves.
